alittle update on the van, now on a roller over jig. metal being cut out ready for the new panels going in :lol: :lol:

heres an update on whats been done up to date
fitted new narrowed beam/drop spindles
fitted all new brakes
gearbox with straight axle kit

need to raise the front a touch as steering box is to close to the floor, off to get all new brake pipes soon and then start preping the body for paint, slow progress but heading in the right direction :-)

Couple more bits done today, buttys throttle linkage fitted, new horn and brakes up front, gutted that the seals on the wheel cylinders have all spilt tho!! And mocked up the front shock to see if i need narrow the bottom shock mount but all lines up ok even tho the beams a 4 1/2" narrowed one

I would deffo invest in a boatyard steering box guard dude. Mine has taken a fair few smacks over the years and it hasn't bent it up. Looks nice and clean underneath, nice job you're doing.

ye looking into a boatyard box guard as not wanting to do a box raise and cut the original metal up :grin: cheers for the comment about it being nice and clean underneath :grin::grin:
