Saturday evening update:
Got started at 0800 this morning, first up was the R/H shock mount
I need to get some mountings turned but that's a job for another day.
Next finished boxing in the chassis
On to the steering idler for ground clearance I have shortened it 17mm and welded a new base in it.
Drilled and tapped the lower arms for the shock mounting also made new studs.
After all that time for a mockup
So here we are after around 30hours a 6 inch narrowed beam! Last job will be cutting down torsion leafs.

Not feeling it this week!
Made no progress! On a plus point bought a set of short Spax adjustables off the SSVC Facebook. And it's volks world on Sunday so hopefully that will offer an enthusiasm injection!

Great work on that beam! Front wheel looks just right.
Doors look good man, was it easy getting the hinge spot on?
Excellent mate

Cheers for the encouragement guys, I'm still on it. One of those weeks I think. Another late finish from work today, will get on it early tomorrow!
Marco, the hinges are straight forward, I managed to keep a set of holes on the inner skin so just drilled through from inside with my 90 degree air drill.
