The AA man recons I've damaged or broken some of the fingers on the pressure plate, but I won't know this for sure untill the whole comes out again sometime next week. This is not what I need 4 weeks before it suppose to be going to France in it!!

Better now than when in France though!
Seems strange though, was it a used pressure plate?

So I've ordered a new clutch and hopefuly it will be with me tomorrow!
So I've started to unbolt the exhaust, tow bar and few other little bits when I notice the rear drivers outer cv joint completly unbolted from the outer hub, all the bolts are ther but not connected, very strange it managed to work itself loose!
Why is that?
Must use some lock tight next time!!

Well it's true!
You need to have both drive shafts fasterned to move a Porsche gearbox!!
I've been looking at the rear camber on the van and noticed the top of the wheels slowly tipping more & more inwards.
I removed the rear offside wheel to find the uniball bar with a slight curve!!

Hi Ste, sad to hear the vans going.. sounds like your sick of breaking down, is that the reason or something else?
My vans valued at £25000 for insurance purposes, but I have to admit I don't keep an eye on bus prices these days.

The reason for sale is too many hobbies not enough time. Most of the wrinkles have been ironed out of the van now, so now that I'm having no problems with it it seems mad to sell it but such is life.
The paint work does need some attention on my van as I have concentrated on the running set up.
Thanks for the reply graham.
