Hi dudes
Sorry for the 1 day of suspense .... I got carried away when I got the trailer home and fitted 80% of it up .
Need to find reflectors ( thanks type21 I'm on it )
So let's go back and tell the story
And the good news there as photos taken ....... What's that I hear ...
Is that the kettle getting switched on ...... .... Ok we'll wait for it to boil and you to make ya cuppa
Mark

Ok all done ? Tea in hand ?
Biscuit's in hand Bren ?
So let's begin
First we loaded the trailer and took it to the Bodyshop on the friend afternoon
My original painter / friend Bruce has moved on about a year ago, is this time the paint work was going to be done by another mate Anthony and a very gifted painter too and he did me proud again
So first it was wet on wet primered just to seal everything in
Then it was PAINT O'CLOCK ::
So I got out of the paint booth and let Anthony work him magic and after some time he came out and the oven was switched to bake .......so we chatted for around 45mins while the paint was drying the oven gets to a very high temp and forces the paint to dry hard and fast .
Now this all gets a little stressful now ....... So we was chatting away and we heard a massing load bang from inside the spray booth .... We both rushed over to the window and the drums that the trailer was sitting on had twisted I the head and throw the trailer onto the floor ( scroll up and see the drums under the trailer )
So we could not do anything other than hope there was not to much damage
So it had dropped about a foot or so in high ...... It had slid sideways off the brums
Well some one was watching down on us that day as there was NO damage
Thanks Dad
So ya want to see it ?
Do you ?
Ok then let the porn begin ........ Note the trailer now on the floor
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
So happy
And flat too that's a bit of luck ..... Chuffed
Straight home ... Popped onto his end and stone chipped
So then out we went for the afternoon ..... Apple I store for new PC and printed ( ouch )
Then back home ..... Claire said ....... We going out for Dinner around her mums house later
And then she said a magic few words ...... You got 2 hrs of cave time if you want it
BOOOOM I LOVE MY CLAIRE
SO out I went and fitted some bits to the trailer
Suspension on
Wheel on
Arches on
Note the red insert ..... You all know me and its all about the detailing.
Original badges and chassis plates all fitted and new no plate
And then he was popped back into his home
And just because I love this photo here it is again .....one of the Flattest westy around lol
Hope you all enjoyed that
Now Phil get ya ass around here and sore me wiring out
Over and out
Mark

Absolutely stunning Mr P.
Never thought I would 'gush' over a Trailer! Amazes me how you manage to make it all look so easy. Truly inspirational.
Now.....where did I put that 'Car Bodywork for beginners' application form?
