And the final work this year on Geoff.
Long panel dent work
Inner valance, A post supports and outer valance welded in and on to the lower nose repair.
Dent work in the nose.
And the rest of the panels needed arrived.

Cargo sill and support panel replaced.
Cargo doors on to check everything lines up correctly...

Geoff is fully welded up, some more panel beating to do first but then we are on paint prep.
He's had a complete new ass (rear corners, both trays, side tin, D posts, rear valance, tailgate) plus cargo sill, front jacking points, inner B post sections, A posts inner valance outer valance lower nose, front lower window sections, inner side window frame, cargo door skins, passenger door skin, centre heater tube, 12 holes welded up on the roof, 4 holes on the side, 3 point seat belts point installed.

Off the jig and into the booth, ready for some epoxy primer.
We have already prepped and high built the doors etc ready for paint, nice to be ahead of schedule

Chassis primed.
The rear frame horns have not been painted as we are fitting IRS correctly to the bus, but we are awaiting the kit...... . . . .
As the bus lives far far away near the sea we will be stone chipping the underside and once painted wax oiling it as well.
