No I didn't, reason being that we spent over an hour going over it and decided that ultimately we made the decision to buy it. Lesson learned. However if I see him again I'd like to kick him in the plumbs!!!

Haven't looked at your thread for a while all I can say is wow
I can only say good luck and keep going,Bob and his team look like they are making progress and it will take shape again soon but those old repairs are shocking.

Ha ha, cheers Mike, we've just about cleared all the rubbish out the way, had a massive delivery of parts, so the rebuild will start very soon

Wow, it will be several KG's lighter too with all that filler off!
Out of interest how are you going to repair that perforated front gutter over the front screens? Lead load it or cut it off and let in a new metal repair section?

So the gutters will be replaced as will all other dodgy metal found on the stripping. Its going to have classic fab replacement metal. I should have some more pics this week.
