I've just found my message mail outbox sittng there with x 3 messages just sitting there .....I Sent them ages ago so hoping the people got the replies ???


Jelly = sent on 2 & 3 Feb

Type21f = sent on 31st Jan

mdsa65 = sent today

I have replied to you all .... so if your still waiting on replies pls PM me again and I'll copy the old replies and send them again

I replied with photos and everything

ggggrrrrrrrrr but I can see it little in my outbox .... and not my sent box ........ Lucky its not my dirt box

thought I'd share something with you all


about 3 years ago i fitted a skytag to Gerry ...... easy to hide and easy to fit ....... its a GPS tracker unit

they email you once a month with a test result .....

if you go on holiday you get the vehicle zoned so if it moves more then a foot or so Skytag will call the police and advice then that your cars being stolen .

this gives me a nice peace of mind ... ( I choose not to tell my insurance as they try and get out of things if things go wrong some as I don't tell them Gerry is fitted with an immobiliser system too ).

anyway 12 months ago the monthly skytag test come back with a problem saying its not ready my skytag and I was to check the wiring
... anyway life very busy and this took me 12 month to get around to looking t it .... my laziness / me forgetting about it until i get another email a month later telling me the same problem.

So after 3 years after it being fitted I didn't expect a lot from them .... So i call them after looking at the wiring this weekend and testing it ( yes thats right people ..... me testing wiring !! amazing hu ) ... all the wiring was still perfect and earthed out fine and live was still fine ......

I expect to be told there was no warranty left .

O HOW WRONG WAS I

phone call went something like this

me . Hi my name bar bar & my special code is ******* ......I have a problem and I've tested my wires and they are all good but the skytag it not working ......
skytag . well sir if we were a normal trailer outlet / shop we'd tell you theres not warranty on it and send you on your way...... well we are not like that .... send it into us and we will fix it or replace it and send it back to you and with a new 5 year guarantee as we now give 5 years guarantees on our products

WTF

AMAZING SERVICE

They alway added that it will all be sorted and posted back to me the same day .... fixed or replaced


SO MY REASON FOR THE STORY IS SKYTAG IS THE ONE FOR ME 100% AND I'M COMPLETELY CHUFFED WITH THE SERVICE
