You need to leave cash in it if you want me to take it
After all, who would want a really nice, clean, well kept, RHD, reliable family bus ?????????
Phil.
HAHA
No point in taking a 11 window when you already roll in a 23 window ......
( thats why your always late everywhere as you got all those windows to clean )

I have a little project that I wanted finished in time for the trip ..... well I managed to pull it off ....
well its 95% finished ... just the sign writing for the 7up to be done
check it out
Got all the cooler box bits chromed when I got all the trailer bits done .... so quite some time ago
started the resto of this cooler box nearly 1 1/2 years ago I think .... thats nearly the same time as it took me to do the resto on Gerry .. 2 years
so after some love he turned out ok .... and this is the final peace of the jigsaw .... and my family is complete
Just the detailing on the 7up to be done
Hope that's keeping you pervs happy

If we know Mark well enough by now, the beer will be in fully restored antique bottles, even the tops will be chromed! Thats just how this guy rolls!!!
Epic work again pal, expected nothing else, looks awesome between the seats.

Hi All
Ninove update
This maybe a big pic'y update ... so ya best go get yourself a cuppa ..... and Bren you grab your self a pack of choc biscuits as normal
So Friday I set off to meet Alex , Darren , Eddy , Stuart at MK bus station
I was so excited i get there an hour early
Prepped for the trip
Tunes were rocking in Gerry and I could not stop smiling all the way to MK
So got to MK bus station and reversed and parked up ..... I gave Gerry a wipe down ( again ) then I spotted how close a was to smashing Gerry exhaust against the kirb ..... Few lucky escape
So we was all ready to roll
So just waiting for the pack to turn up
Eddy arrived first in Ernie ( unwashed of course ) .... but thats eddy for you ... Top block .... Stuart was with Eddy
Next to turn up was Alex and Darren in Alex's newly acquired split ... Alex had been working hard on this bus to get it fully road worthy and reliable and as it was new to him he had to go through everything with a fine tooth pick ( if you get my meaning )
Then Dave turned up in his 912 mmmm very nice ( one of Alex's buddy's ) and he also had a passenger
so we was ready ... so off we cruised to a premier Inn just next to the Chunnel
So 2 & 1/2 hours later we arrived at our destination ...Primer Inn ... and checked in and hit the bar ... a few beer and a dinner then a few more beers ..
Bren popped in for a chat and to collect some bits from me ... Had a fab evening catching up with Bren and his wife Sandra ........then I headed off to bed ..... I was in a room of my own .... nice big room for me to spread out all my kit ..... Also a good time to charge everything
So up early next morning around 5.30am ... it dropped to -2 that night so it was fresh outside in the morning
Lots of cars with frozen windows .... I cheated and popped on my Propex and walked away and tempted my room and checked out .... on return to Gerry I only needed to wipe of the water from the windows and jumped into a nice warm bus ..... we then all crusade off the the Chunnel and got onto the train with no problems
once on the other side where they drive on the wrong side of the road ..... as planned we drive and stopped at the Bonjor fuel station ( the big meeting point )
As you can see in the photos it was foggy ..... it doesn't look to bad in the photos but it was thick and you could not see too far in front ....... this coursed a pretty big problem as lots of the VW convoy missed the fuel station and took the wrong turning that took them straight onto the motorway thus ..... we all waiting at the fuel station for over an hour and there was only 20 - 30 vehicles there ..... were in 2014 when I did it last there had to have been 100 + cars or so there ....... we knew it was the fog that had crossed this as at the chunnel crossing there was VW's everywhere and as expected 100 + vehicles .
so we waited no longer and steamed onto the SLAG beer factory ... this is where we all meet up and have a glass and a good old catch up ...and a chance for a few pics ... so enjoy pics
So I also had a walk around the beer factory .... very cool in there
so after the beer factory is was time to cruz onto the place for the night ...... We don't do things by half and Alex had organised a nice little pad for us to stay in
So once showers and freshened up we drive into Ninove for a few beers and food .... we all jumped into Eddy's bus Ernie ... well that thing can shift .... pulls like a train and we was 5 adults up in Ernie ( thanks Eddy )
so the next morning we woke up feeling excited to get to the show / gathering ....... Those of you that don't know about Ninove they only let Aircooled vehicles into the town so its just street after street full of amazing aircooled vehicles
and that my friends is the first part of this update ........ episode 2 to follow .....
But heres a sneek peek to keep you perv's happy
until next time guys ..... next update of the Ninove trip will follow very soon .... but for now I'm exhausted
