Evening all
Been in the cave today and managed to get the front panel finished on the pickup......... Then it was time to get the old girl out in the sun trial fit the drivers door and check the gaps ....... All looks good so i turned turned her around and pushed her back into the cave ready for the drivers side to be done ....... I started to fabricate the pieces for the lower step and cab floor ready to crack on but ran out of time ..... I am hoping to get the step all done and start the bulkhead and maybe even get the tub in next week.... . But for now....Here is some porn for you pervs

Nice work as ever Mr. P, moving on quick like you do.

Evening all
Been in the cave some more this week ........I have finished getting the bulkhead, inner sill, out riggers and the lower b post all fabricated......I then started to mock up the outer sill skin........Got board with that so i got the top shock mount welded on and started fitting the drivers side tub .........Once that was in solid enough i put the drivers seat in and tryed it for clearance .... I fit nice ..........
Here is a little porn for ya pervs....

How low you going? Or are you running a higher profile tyre?
Cheers, Soots.

Hi sooty
I am gonna be running 185 x 55 x 14" on the front with a chassis rail height of around 3" ........ I have set the tubs at 3.75" so i can leave the tub tops stock and that gives me a clearence of 2.5" .... If i change my mind later i can then cut out the tubs and put them back to stock..........Hey ho its only metal work....

Evening all
Been in the cave a bit and got a little more done on the pickup......... I have now finished the long side sill panel...... Then as someone had cut the heater vent pipe out of the cab i thought i should have a go at fabricating one ... I took the loover vents that i had left from the side panels and then i rolled myself a piece of tube and cut a few other bits of steel threw them all together and bob,s ya uncle i have a heater pipe ... ......Once i had done all this i set about making a single cab pickup into a family friendly vehicle .... Rumble seat anyone ...? .....
Here is some porn for you pervs ......
