So same question to you. What's the deadline HO, Ben Pon?
It's funny they are coming along together now as they both were parked up along side each other at the Barndoor Gathering 1.

HO is in the back of my mind. But due to the customisations there is bound to be MANY unplanned problems to iron out.
It will be great to park them up again. I believe they will be two of the lowest barndoors too once we're done

Did a 10 hour round trip to visit Smith and Bob today. Crack the whip and look at piles of swept up bus

chassis coming along nicely already

Bob even straightened my handbrake!! whoop

Matt likes a little pressure so whilst trying to finish mine for Hessich, he also figured why not finish his half a bus too...

After a 5 hour return trip back with my dash had to fit some of the trinkets already amassed.
first up the speedo. I managed to find a NOS boxed deluxe one last year. I was undecided if it looked too new for the dash. Its growing on me....

Looks sweet.
Where are you based? A 10 hour trip sounds familiar. I bet your right next to Jeffs and I'm right next to Matts. That's ridiculous

Holy Gwakamoli !
that is worse than MarkP's !
I've enjoyed watching some of the other resto threads but never a barndoor so I'll be following this with interest.

thanks guys, worse than Marks? ha possibly. Was chatting to him at Lavenham and the smile and chuckle that came across his face when he realised which bus was mine was a bit disconcerting
Im after a split window beetle clock dash pod/plaque in ivory like this one below if any of you good folk have one in your stash's you'd be willing to part with? Ideally as scruffy as possible!
