time for a quick update
my dad retired from work last month so he's been putting in some full days on the bus
and its starting to come back together.
sandblasted all of the chassis and ibeams
then welded the new floor in
then put the rear firewall in
got rick and the lads at schofields to make us the top hat thats goes on the top of the firewall.
cheers lads
so,moving on to the front
the bottom of the A-post where rotten so we took the front off to make it easyer to get to
abit more blasting

made are own a-post bottoms
put the front back on with a new inner & outer valance
painted and seam sealed the underneath with some nos seam sealer witch has been on the shelf for years but still usable
did some repairs on the engine lid and got it on
starting to look like a bus again
weekend was to get the side doors repaired
all the hinges had been cut and were missing when i got the bus,so went to see rick at schofields and he sorted us out with some old
crappy doors but with good hinges for a good price.
cheers rick
also managed to get the engine bay in primer
