Morning all
Well I got the scab to her first show and she seamed to get lots of attention . ... Just a shame the parking guys could not find a place to park the sbs club stand on the sunday even though they managed it Saturday, so I found a nice spot in the car park and let the public take there own vw porn ....

So da scab has now got hoops bows and wood and I have been driving the s##t out of it . I just moved house and it came in very handy collecting building materials . Like a 1 ton pallet of floor tiles ...She did scrape a bit but got the job done . I also keep getting nominated to deliver and collect stuff for the misses work . Fed up with old lockers now.... :x:

Already on it mate .
The cab is of the chassis and mostly welded up now and I will be fitting it back onto a more modern chassis from a American motor home with a 460ci big block ford motor and air bag suspension. Once this is all done it should sit about the same height as me scab ... :D :D :D :D

Wicked! I'm doing something similar with a 53 Austin K9 cab, it's dropped on a 99 chevy 3500 Dually chassis air bagged with 22" truck Alcoa's.
I've sidelined it for now as I want to finish my panel first!

I keep meaning to ask how does the scab drive on your 5" narrowed beam?

I'm looking at doing one for my Panel to keep my rims tucked in, also how much does the raise effect the routing of the shift rod and cables?

Cheers, Jim

Ps here's a sneaky pic of my K9 project.
