Re: 1959 Canadian Mango Microbus project

So another day.
Shame that the closing panel I ordered for the front bulkhead under wheel arch from Funky Green was the wrong side So I had to do what I could.
Not very happy with the arch panel welding so will re do some of it next time.
Anyone tell me if its ok for pin holes on the weld line to be left and filled or should I weld every pin hole closed?
Cut out the drivers side rear wheel arch

For some reason all my pics all load in reverse order but you get the idea.
Anyone had to repair the cargo door screw hole brackets with any advice. Rather leave the B and C post in situ and just replace the lower section if possible.

Good skills pal. Never realised that much metal had gone up the sides. Nice neat work though and I bet picking it apart around the arch was tricky too. Well done that man.

Yes it was thin metal and dented all along a rusty line as in this picture. So replaced it with new straight metal.

So all your other posts are upside down in the thread...but when you click on them to display they are the right way up!
Must have been using an Aussie translator..
Now your posts are the right way up snd when you click on them they are the right way up...
What did you do?
I have the same problem and I do not have an IPhone. .
I have given up trying to post as attachments...
