Wow,
Good work Rich, it's really coming together now isn't it. You'll be rolling in no time.
Looking forward to seeing it this year.
Nick

Cheers Nick, iv been getting a bit of help here and there or otherwise its just never going to get done!
Still I spent most of today working hard to try and crack on
Can't wait for paint stage now, it should transform it really well
Just looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of a splitscreen after 2 years on bays and the Ghia

Got cracking on this week with the bus, some update pics .....
Finally got my red9 out and fitted it, I'm really happy with it but it will need to be adjusted to get the bus down a bit, really easy to adjust though with 4 coarse settings and then a couple of inch here and there on the adjustable coilovers
Really happy with my IRS job too, I remember it being a bit daunting with the big grinder cutting through my chassis legs but its looking cool with relocated brake flex clamps
Gave my wheels a trial fit!
OP's bus sat next to me having a look around
Nearly time to get the DA sander out for a few days and get the motor fitted

Tank painted up and fitted
I cleaned my cv joints properly by splitting them down then cleaning in derv! Rebuilt and packed with grease obviously bug one end and bus the other
Gave the motor a degrease and wash as well, going to be running the original 1600sp for a while but got plans for a bigger motor in future

I got my spring plates and A-Arms cleaned up and painted after re-locating the brake bracket on top of the arm to stop it catching the gearbox cradle

wish I'd read that before I fitted mine and then had to remove them both again to move the bracket
the joys of being a splity virgin I guess
