Anyone got any ideas of what it could be, 200mm flywheel/clutch, clutch is fully adjusted up and even tried to gain more by adding a 10mm spacer on the adjuster but still sounds the same, it will also not allow me to change gear while the engines running, once it's turned off I can select gears, have to start it in the gear you won't and slowly creep away

Any advice would be great

Thanks :-)

So close... van looks great :D .

Not 100% sure on the clutch, have you got the right cable in there? if there is no thread on the cable left to adjust it could be too long? first time I did mine I fully adjusted the cable and it looked tight, but still needed to adjust it up more to get gears... think you should have this length... http://www.machine7.com/product.php?xProd=2845&xSec=368

Maybe worth pulling the cable and measuring before you pull the engine as it will be a lot quicker :)

I am guessing you have the bowden/conduit tube on the side of the gearbox? but does it have enough 'droop' in it? think it should be about 1" from an imaginary straight line. I am guessing you got the clutch with the engine? could not see details when I went back through the thread, but was the release bearing ok?

Hope you get it fixed soon.
