Insides done, going to leave the flatting and polishing until I've finished the outside

Onto the roof now, the one I fitted wasn't the straightest so going to take some time getting it to look decent now

Yeah looking back I should have searched for a better roof, this one had no support so every time it was lifted it kinked so there all the way around the bottom 3"

I wish! I'm pretty hopeless with filler so will take ages! Then the refurb of the interior, then the loom, not going to bother with an engine conversion for a while, still got my mighty 1641 so will go with that next year, part way though buying tdi parts I've gone onto Honda vfr throttle bodies thinking of a bigger efi motor

No...Every update is a good update!
Pictures tell the story..
Good roof clips are so hard to find and now so expensive..
Sherry the topless Devonette...has not progressed at all.
Funds
Resource demand
Working too hard
But not lost heart..

mmm I paid fbi his asked price. ...I have bought a few items from Graham...... and it was a LHD late one.... that I am fitting to a 62 early....... ."only" around £1k delivered. ..but to be fair...it was sun burnt but not dented and very good.
Dave stripped and removed the old roof air box and dressed the headers and the panels to convert LHD to RHD. .
Looks really good.
As he said..better to buy what I could in the best condition I could.
He has done around seven roof swaps including mine..

Mine was a bare skin so no strength at all, so many little kinks, think they wanted 1700 when I enquired, this ones a late one too
