More shiny bits arrived in the post this morning. Original from badge and headlight rims back from re-chroming.

Wow, they look good. Where did you get the re chromed (was it expensive)

Had them done at Marque Restore in Coventry. Cost me £140 for the badge and both headlights. All three were rusty and heavily pitted in places and the rims were dented, all came out perfect.

Chroming looks the nuts
Marque Restore in Coventry did all my stuff too..... amazing quality .....for sure you pay for it but DAM things come out 100% spot on.
Hows the bus looking now buddy ?

Just on our way to pick it up from Soham. Cabinets and bed/rear seat all built. I'll post some more pics this afternoon. Just hoping the rain holds off as I'm driving it back with 4 out of the 13 windows still not fitted.

Van collected and back home. Really pleased with how the cabinet and seat worked out. Just needs trimming now,

Today we started the dreaded headliner, with a helping from my father in law.

the units look really nice, headliners are a pain but very satisfying when there finished.

Cheers Jim, you'll get there. Just don't start looking forward to fitting a headliner, it was a *****. Satisfying to see it getting there though.
