What have you been doing?

Its a touch tricky to explain without it sounding like the one of the dumbest plans you heard... totally the wrong forum but if i get one good picture i might post it :)..

Hey wow - your Samba is an amazing but very challenging project - really look forward to the as found pictures- that's the problem with those tucked away Samba's, its the big bloody hole in the roof gives up way before the steel ones.
Anyway look forward to it - Did you find that in Germany as it looks more of a Scandinavia type find?

Cheers

With sadness that i add to my Kempes thread that i have just heard that Jan Sjodin, the Swedish last owner of my van from who we made it up to central Sweden to see on our adventures last year with the van has very Sadly passed away recently.

It was lovely to meet him and his wife all but briefly that day and he seemed to very much enjoy seeing and driving his old van again and recounting stories of his old cars and showing us where he had buried the Kempes in 1962 and then taking us around Harnosand to its old Haunts.I'm really glad we had the chance to do it.

Thank you Jan and Rest in Peace...
