Hi all, I'm sure Marc wont mind me hijacking his thread as I don't put many posts up on the forum but I thought you might be interested to know what's happening with the interior. After over a year of looking and talking to all the main interior people you see at the shows and in the Mag's we finally decided to go with a fellow SSVC member, namely Kevin Morgan (on here as Bu5nut).
I'm going to get on my soap box now, guys I can't praise him high enough, this man has got to be the best kept secret in the club, he's a cabinet maker of the highest quality, can turn his hand to any interior you want but has a passion for Devon interiors.
I must admit, I was a bit dubious over the quality of his work when we first spoke over the phone, purely due to the price he quoted me being literally half that I was quoted by the big names, but on seeing some of his work I was blown away, I do know carpentry, and this is the very highest quality you will find, the man even chooses his own quarter sawn oak to make his own veneers from to match original Devon grains as close a possible, now that's attention to detail.
Enough typing, have a look at some pictures and let me know what you think, if you like what you see I'll get more and keep posting up progress, cheers Brian.

Saw this interior in Kev's workshop recently - he was in the process of putting 100 coats of french polish on it - looks superb - best Devon reproduction I've seen anywhere. Then he's doing the interior for mine which is currently with Matt Smith - can't wait
