I saw this thread only a few days ago, with the a and b pillars on a chassis. At first I thought it was some kind of joke, so then I read from page 1! Oh my god, i have a hard time believing that this bus came from North America, not south.
Should be called bad betty...
No-one will ever doubt your skills-ever!!
(your never be out of work either, if you get more like this...!!)
Very impressive!
It's almost a bus again!!
Cheers,
Dom.

Thanks for the kind words!
It's going back together nicely at the moment but the hardest part is just coming up, door alinement!
Just need to find some good doors first....

So today we removed the old metal from the dash and lower support, test fitted them and then fitted the nose and window frame.
A few problems with the window frame panel as it does not curve at the bottom, so it needs to be cut before we can test fit everything shame as its not a cheap panel!
The wolfberg west nose panel however does have the correct shape (good job as they are called correct fit)
It may seem a simple fix or silly problem but this small issue puts the whole fitment of the front out by 5mm at the top each side.

Tomorrow is roof work time.
Lots of drilling and cutting to get the rod skin off the frame and save as much lower window metal that we can.
Updates tomorrow.
Cheers BDP
