What have you used to allow the front plate to fit so tidy?

Next challenge was the Westy windows, so I ordered up a polishing kit

Image

And got new seal kit and mastic ready for the rebuild

Image

Stripped and old mastic cleaned off, then polished for a while

Image

Final results back in the van

Image

Repeat 4 more times

Only took a whole week of evenings...

Couple of better pics of the interior

Image

Then spent a bit of time getting a couple of troublesome earths and a faulty indicator bulb

Fitted up front badge and deluxe bumper trim

Image

Last week had a trip down to see Tony to get the tracking sorted, drives much better now :) even got Nugget to help out

Image

Onto snagging list now

Cheers

Ok, so the next problem I came against was a sticking throttle, which I put down to the hex bar linkage, decided to replace it with a CSP bellcrank one, as they seem to get good reviews

After

Also fitted mudflaps and other bits and pieces, almost there
