Well, my new carpet arrived from the states and really happy with it. Sadly I can't say the same for the armrests so they've agreed to refund me if I return them!! So back to square one and not really sure which way to go with them.

How hard can it be to find Three NOS Basalt Grey Armrests :wink: !!

Finished putting the hub cap clips on this morning and tried one of the hub caps and beauty rings, going to get the hub caps re chromed, but decided to not use the rings. So any one after a set of 4 lemmerz 15 inch beauty rings let me know, some dents and scratches but asking £135 posted

Brand new 5mm NOS Sigla glass!! Made in the garage this afternoon :lol: :lol: plus a load of spares. :D

SWF wipers arrived today as well, still waiting on the arms though and getting a bit nervous as almost 2 week since I paid for them

Easy bit, polished up an original mirror I bought last week. Hard bit, changing the glass!! Has anyone done this and made a good job? Help needed!!

that mirror back has come up a treat

how did you do that ? all by hand ? I'm never successful with polishing metal always looks smeary

I used some wet and dry(different grades) and then polishing compound on a sisal mop in my bench grinder

Let's hope it fits!!

Anyway he's my first attempt at replacing the glass, not bad, but not good enough. I need some thinner glass to fold the edge over more to cover the glass

Bad news on the bus, I've decided to pull it from the paint shop as we've both got different ideas for how long it should be taking!! :(
