Right tow with the gear box on my own, but eventually got it in, so then decided to do some easier stuff.

It's looking very nice Rick and your gearbox shot has reminded me to fit the heater pod whilst I can get in there

It's easy fitting the shiny stuff, everything else I've started I've not finished as something seems to go wrong, missing parts etc

That's the problem, every time I try to do something, I realise I'm missing a part, always something minor as well like a clip or rubber grommet. At minute I'm just trying to get as much stuff on as possible to reduce the amount of boxes I have

Struggle getting the tank in only to realise I'd pushed the straps in too far so they wouldn't tighten, had to take the tank back out to realease the straps and start over

Not often I get to see the finished article so to speak being the first tradesman (sandblaster) on a rusting hulk, before it disappears on its long journey before the finished article ! So as I was working near Ricks the other day I called in to see his bus fresh from the paint shop ,the paint finish is superb and the colour looks even better in the flesh than on the pics :flower: :flower:

Bit of a update, dosent look like I've done much, but the rear end is all finished ready to put wheels on. Most of the electrics are done, handbrake, gear linkage, wipers all complete, steering box and linkage fitted and started fitting the pop outs. Now need to order some more parts to move forward
