I've been lazy.
I will try to disassemble the roof hoops and straighten them out tonight. I'd like to drop them down at the powdercoaters on friday.

Hopefully get them and the bunk parts pack in one go.

Ok, so I spent a couple of Hours faffing around to get the interior lights working properly.

All good now. Although I'm going to swap out the LEDs for some warm white ones.

LOL!
They look bright in the pictures, but they're not as bright as I'd hoped to be honest. And the light is too blue, so needs warming up a bit..

I've got a few PITA jobs coming up actually:
Install gearstick (needs someone to climb under the bus to hold linkage)
Secure dimmer switch (I want to use a screw with a bolt rather than self tappers, so need to climb under van to fit)
Trim passenger side pedestal. This is a bit of a ******* of a job actually as it requires fitting the seat back cover and getting it trimmed nicely, then fitting a metal trim, which needs cutting and bending around the base, before fitting the rubber base mat.

Don't suppose you're going to be bored at all this weekend and fancy a couple of hours messing around with someone elses van do you? The metal trim shaping is the one that's vexing me the most at the moment.

I cant do the drivers side yet, as I need a new cover made, which I'll get sent to my hotel wen I'm in Vegas in a few weeks, along with some matching vinyl to cover the 3 luggage area panels.

The bunks and bellows ribs are at the powder coaters at the moment. Once the last of the interior is done, I can concentrate on the roof!! 8O

Mark, that would be awesome! Please come and hold my nuts! I can let you go at 11ish anyway, so you're home in time for a change.

No, I don't think you need to bring anything. There's some bits and bobs of yours to take back anyway.

What time are you planning on coming up? I'll get the kettle on!

your at 8.30am ??

Had a visit from Mr P today and we nailed a couple of jobs. Although he'll be disappointed to hear that I had to remove the shifter as I couldn't fit the lever with the base in place as there wasn't much space.

All good though and always great to see Mark.
